    Massage Therapist

    Maya Long has more than 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She always has passion for patient-centered treatment and will give personalized homecare after treatment. She is especially interested in improving postural balance, and treating upper back pain due to it. She likes to use Swedish relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy. She believes massage treatment and homecare exercises will correct imbalanced postural and promote the human body’s natural healing process to recover from discomfort. Maya is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese. She likes baking and traveling in her spare time.

    Massage Therapist

    King is a graduate of Vancouver Career College RMT program and obtained the RMT license from the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia. King is skilled in treating headache, muscle injuries, tendon rupture, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger point release and myofascial release. King is able to apply different techniques and intensities for the treatment base on the patients’ conditions. In his work, King believes that appropriate massage treatment and homecare exercise will help the patients to maintain or improve their physiological and psychological health.

    King is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and able to speak some Japanese and he is excited to serve the communities with his lingual talents. In addition to being an RMT, he loves hiking, fishing, and crabbing. And he loves to make latte art and patisserie at home and shares them with friends and families. Also, he loves to read research to sharpen his skills and knowledge in order to provide better treatment to the patient.

  • Jihyeon (Andrea) Kim

    Acupuncturist

    I'm Jihyeon (Andrea) Kim, a Registered Acupuncturist. My educational journey includes studying acupuncture at Vancouver Career College and majoring in Sports Medicine at Kyung Hee University in Korea. As an acupuncturist, my primary objective is to provide safe and effective treatment, not only alleviating your current discomfort but also fostering your long-term health and happiness. With a background in sports medicine, I possess a profound understanding of the human musculoskeletal system, enabling me to proficiently address muscle pain and injuries stemming from various sports activities. I employ a range of techniques including fire cupping, acupressure, moxibustion, and needling to achieve optimal results.

  • Najia Xu

    Massage Therapist

    Najia graduated from Vancouver Career College and has more than 5 years of experience in healthcare industry. She has a B.Sc degree in China and M.Sc degree in Canada.

    Before becoming a registered massage therapist Najia worked as a laboratory technician for three years. From this experience she developed low-back and neck pain and felt constant stiffness in her shoulders. To treat her pain, she turned to massage therapy. The treatment was so beneficial she immediately felt on the road to recovery. This led to her interest in massage. After that first massage she worked as a part time body worker in different spas.

    Najia combines her registered massage therapy training and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide exceptional pain relief. Depending on her patient’s needs she utilizes a range of techniques such as Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and acupressure. She is extremely interested in aromatherapy and believes that essential oils are a natural, safe, and effective way of maintaining a healthy body.

    In her spare time, Najia likes hiking, yoga, eating delicious food, and getting massages.
